Canal 22 Internacionals campaign to promote reading Leamos Juntos nominated for numerous awards at Festival Pantalla de Cristal
Leamos Juntos, the campaign initiated by arts and entertainment channel Canal 22 Internacional to encourage people to read anytime and anywhere, has introduced new segments which are now available online. Additionally, the campaign has been nominated in the Best Editing, Best Original Music and Best Casting categories among corporate videos at the 2012 Festival Pantalla de Cristal. Nationally and internationally celebrated writers have embraced the promotional campaign, reading portions of their popular works with regular people in everyday situations. Among the new segments and participants, now available for viewing online through YouTube, are Severina by Rodrigo Rey Rosa (available at {http://youtu.be/28Yl7aRVn9E}), Balas de plata by Elmer Mendoza (available at {http://youtu.be/5ApTaXtB7oA}); Lieder by Pura López Colomé (available at {http://youtu.be/sB5lg_AleO8}) and Pink doll by Juana Inés Dehesa (available at {http://youtu.be/lgtyhnh3CEw}). Leamos Juntos is the result of a collaboration with Dirección General de Publicaciones de Conaculta, who contributed book titles, authors, and locations to record the segments.
